The Hoymiles HMeter-CT-T120-RW Smart Meter is an intelligent 3-phase energy meter specially developed for Hoymiles HiBattery and energy management systems. It measures power consumption, grid feed-in, and grid draw in real-time and provides highly precise readings for optimal control of your PV storage. This allows you to maximize your self-consumption and reduce unnecessary grid feed-in.
Intelligent Control for Greater Energy Efficiency
By continuously recording energy flows, your Hoymiles storage always receives exact consumption data. This enables the energy management system to intelligently charge and discharge the storage, optimally utilize surplus solar energy, and – depending on the system configuration – realize dynamic zero export.
Easy Installation Thanks to Current Transformers (CT)
The HMeter-CT-T120-RW is space-savingly mounted on a 35mm DIN rail. The included current transformers (CT clamps) enable quick and safe installation without having to disconnect existing lines.
Flexible Communication via WLAN and RS485
For reliable data transmission, the smart meter supports both WLAN (2.4 GHz) and RS485 (Modbus TCP / Modbus RTU). This allows it to be flexibly integrated into existing Hoymiles systems and enables stable communication with inverters, storage, and energy management.
High Measurement Accuracy for Reliable Energy Analysis
With a measurement accuracy of up to ±1% for power measurement, the HMeter-CT-T120-RW provides precise consumption and yield data. This ensures that energy flows are accurately recorded and the entire energy system operates particularly efficiently. The smart meter is suitable for three-phase power grids (3P3W and 3P4W) with current measurement up to 120 A.
